All entries must comply with the following:
a) You must be over 18
b) You must have Parental Responsibility of the child in the photo you are submitting.
c) You give Families Need Fathers permission to display the photo on www.meandmydad.org.uk.
d) You give Families Need Fathers permission to use any image submitted of your children to www.meandmydad.org.uk for any of the following uses:
Advertisements, marketing, leaflets, or any other use such as for training, educational or publicity purposes.
The consent will apply throughout the world and be for an indefinite period of time.
e) Your photo should not identify your child’s home, school or any other place your child attends regularly.
f) Don’t reveal any personal information about yourself or any other person (including full names, addresses or email addresses).
g) Do make sure you own the copyright in the photograph you submit.
h) You agree not to include in your entry any content which is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, threatening, offensive, harmful, or otherwise objectionable, or use inappropriate or offensive language.
i) You shall not post content that contains viruses or that may damage the Promoter’s or other user’s computer.
j) Families Need Fathers retains the right to delete, move or otherwise alter the content in any way in our discretion and without notice if any entry does not comply with these terms and conditions.
k) If you find objectionable or offensive material on the Website please let us know as soon as possible.
